Mr. Fish is General Counsel of BMO Financial Group.Mr. Fish is responsible for the overall legal affairs of the bank including the compliance, corporate security and corporate secretarial functions. In addition, Mr. Fish oversees the bank’s ethics and privacy, ombudsman and corporate sustainability functions. He serves as counsel to the office of the Chairman and the Board of Directors. He is also a member of the bank’s Management Committee.
