Dinner and Corvette Z06 Track Experience for two (2) with Mr. Steve Carlisle, President & Managing Director, General Motors of Canada and Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame Inductee, Mr. Ron Fellows.

 Stephen K. Carlisle was appointed President and Managing Director of GM Canada, Ltd. on November 20, 2014.  Carlisle served as GM Vice President of Global Product Planning and Program Management since June 2010.  He previously served as Vice President of US Sales Operations.  He also served as the President and Managing Director, Southeast Asia Operations from 2007 through 2010.  Carlisle began his GM career as a co-op student in industrial engineering at the Oshawa Truck Assembly Centre in 1982.  His first full-time assignment was in advanced manufacturing engineering, also in Oshawa starting in 1986. Carlisle was born in Woodstock, Ontario in 1962.  He received a bachelor of applied science degree in systems design engineering from the University of Waterloo in 1986.  He earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1999.

Ron Fellows is recognized as one of North America's most versatile and successful road racing drivers; winning in series from NASCAR to the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

 Dinner and Corvette Z06 Track Experience for two (2) people will be on the afternoon/evening of Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at the acclaimed Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP), in Bowmanville, Ontario.  Track experience will include professional driving instruction from CTMP instructors, including lead-and-follow laps with Mr. Carlisle and Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame inductee and race car legend, Mr. Ron Fellows. You’ll have the opportunity to drive Chevrolets most capable Corvette ever, the 650 horsepower Z06 that can accelerate from 0-96 km/h in 2.9 seconds and pull 1.2 lateral g-force in the corners.  More details to follow with successful bidder.
